The Petersen 161-5 Series High Pressure Heavy Duty Bag, sized at 8x8 inches, offers a superior lift capacity up to 25% higher than conventional bags due to its inflation pressure of 145 psi. With a lightweight design, low profile, and special rib surface for secure stacking, these bags ensure safety with a minimum 4x safety factor and a burst pressure of 580 psi. Made of Aramid reinforced rubber compound, these bags are compatible with 116 PSI control systems. Operating temperature ranges from -40ºF to 130ºF.

High temperature packing and/or extended stuffing box is available for service from 0°F (-17.8°C) to 650°F (343°C) by adding the following suffixes to catalog order number.â TG standard valve with Teflon glass packing to 600°F (316°C).GY standard valve with graphite braided yarn packing to 650°F (343°C).â Autoclave Engineers does not recommend compression sleeve connections below 0°F (-17.8°C) or above 650°F (343°C).
