The Phelps® Steel Wire Reinforced Aramid Fibre Blend Compressed Gasket with Buna-N Nitrile Binder is engineered to excel under extreme conditions. With a maximum temperature tolerance of 1000°F and steam temperature resistance up to 600°F, this gasket ensures reliable sealing in high-pressure environments. Its ability to withstand pressures up to 2200 psi, along with available thickness variations, makes it ideal for applications like superheated steam systems, boilers, heat exchangers, fuels, and refrigerants. The graphite coating on both sides enhances performance, offering resistance to hot creep relaxation at elevated stress loads.
