With a very large operating-temperature range, high humidity resistance, excellent temperature stability, and UHV compatibility to 10-9 hPa, these actuators are ideal for nanoscale positioning applications. The actuators boast sub-millisecond response times, sub-nanometer resolution, and high stiffness, making them reliable and precise for demanding environments. Additionally, they come with PTFE insulated wires and a 100mm pigtail length for added convenience.
