With a very large operating-temperature range, high humidity resistance, and excellent temperature stability, these actuator stacks are ideal for demanding environments. The UHV compatibility to 10-9 hPa, sub-millisecond response time, and sub-nanometer resolution ensure exceptional performance. Available with PTFE insulated wires and a pigtail length of 100 mm, the PICMA actuators meet the stringent requirements of advanced piezo applications.
