The PICMA® High-Performance Monolithic Multilayer Piezo Stack Actuators (PZT) offer award-winning ceramic-encapsulation PZT technology that ensures low operating voltage, superior lifetime under extreme conditions, and high stiffness. With a very large operating-temperature range, high humidity resistance, and excellent temperature stability, these actuators are UHV compatible to 10^-9 hPa. They provide sub-millisecond response, sub-nanometer resolution, and are available with PTFE insulated wires for added flexibility. Ideal for nanopositioning applications requiring precision and reliability.
