The Pluggable Type A Conveyor Temperature Sensor is a specialized device designed for measuring air temperature above conveyors and the conveyor surface temperature. This sensor, compatible with THB40 & THB50 Thermal Barriers, features a durable construction and precise sensing technology ideal for applications requiring quality assurance, process optimization, and food safety adherence. The tighter the pattern of lines the more even the temperature is across the width of the band. Visually, side-to-side variation is better displayed in a 2D Contour Graph, which in this example is showing greater than 28ºC (50ºF) band temperature variation; indicated by the hotter (red) left side and cooler (blue) center of the band.
