The KPT2-0312 2 Mil Polyimide Tape is a essential component in the PCB production, automotive, and aerospace industries. With a temperature rating of 500°F/260°C, it meets Class H requirements, making it ideal for applications involving high heat such as powder coating, E-coating, wave soldering, hot air leveling, and circuit board insulation. This tape, constructed with 1.5 Mil Silicone Adhesive, a 2 Mil Polyimide Carrier, and a total thickness of 3.5 Mil, offers excellent dielectric strength, chemical resistance, and flame retardant properties. Additionally, it is manufactured from commercial grade polyimide film with a special silicone adhesive that ensures residue-free removal after use.
