The Mobile Prep Station 5460 is a versatile portable air filtration system designed for industrial and governmental applications. Manufactured using 14 gauge powder coated steel for long lasting durability and performance.
Efficient Filtration 0
Uses standard sized 20" x 20" filters, which are easy to replace. The standard filter set included for its multi-stage filtration system has two sets particulate filters and two sets carbon filters for the removal of odors and VOC's. The 3-Ply Link Panel filters have tested at 99.78 % efficient on paint overspray. In addition, there is a magnehelic gauge to monitor filter efficiency.

The recirculation design eliminates the need for ventilation modifications or make-up air systems, and reduces energy costs by utilizing existing heated or cooled air. The backward curved non-overloading fan wheel is constructed with hollow airfoil blades. The fan wheels are statically and dynamically balanced to provide higher airflow performance at less horsepower, and with minimum air noise.
