The PR-1 Series Pressure Regulators offer precise pressure control for instrumentation sample systems and semiconductor processing gases. Constructed with 316L stainless steel body material for welded connections, these regulators feature stainless steel caps and adjusting screws to prevent corrosion. With five seat materials, multiple orifice sizes, and seven pressure control ranges, including inlet pressures up to 6000 psig and operating temperatures up to 500°F, these regulators provide exceptional versatility. Additionally, they ensure bubble-tight shutoff, come with Cv flow coefficients ranging from 0.025 to 0.50, and feature electropolished surfaces for easy cleaning and reduced particle contamination.
