The PR-1 Series Pressure Regulators are meticulously designed for precision pressure control in diverse applications such as semiconductor processing gases. Constructed with 316L stainless steel body, Teflon® diaphragms, and stainless steel caps, these regulators offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. With adjustable outlet pressure ranges from 0 to 25 psig, operating temperatures from -40ºC to 150ºF, and inlet pressures of up to 3600 psig, they deliver reliable performance under varying conditions. The regulators feature 20 micron filters, bubble-tight shutoff, and a Cv flow coefficient of 0.50, ensuring optimal pressure control and enhanced safety.
