Ideal for microscopy and surface metrology applications, the flexure-guided piezo-amplified drive system guarantees high accuracy, performance, and speed. Incorporating closed-loop position feedback, this XY-table offers nanometer repeatability and resolution, making it perfect for demanding applications requiring precision. Computer control compatibility allows easy integration with digital nanopositioning motion controllers of the E-727 series, supported by LabView drivers and MatLab examples.
