Our Premium Green PTFE Thread Seal Tape is specially designed for oxygen applications, color-coded for easy identification. Made with premium PTFE material, this tape is grease-free and has a low density of 1.2. With a temperature range of -450 ºF to +550 ºF, it exceeds Military Specification T-27730A and is UL Listed. This tape is chemically inert, non-hardening, and compatible with all pipe materials, forming a permanent seal for various services. Perfect for institutional use, it meets rigorous standards for safety and reliability.

More economically suited for some markets, Low-Density PTFE thread seal tape compliments our line of premium POLY-TEMP® tapes. Still made with virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), this tape remains flexible, is a thread sealant for all services, chemically inert, non-hardening, and withstands temperature ranges between -400 ºF to 500 ºF (-240 ºC to 260 ºC). It is compatible with all pipe materials without exception, forms a permanent seal for the life of the connection, and is recommended for all pipe sizes (larger thread sizes require more wraps). Meets MIL-T-27730A.
