The Press-Fit Metal Orifices - 0.414" OD Inserts are precision-engineered for accurate press-fitting into fittings, manifolds, and custom parts. Made from high-grade 316 SS material, these inserts provide precise flow rate control for liquids or gases in various applications. With an orifice diameter accuracy of ±0.0005", maximum operating pressure of 4000 psig, and compatibility with a wide range of fittings, these orifices meet the strict requirements of government and institutional procurement standards.

Application 0
The inserts can be used with a wide variety of fittings by accurately machining the inside of the fitting. The orifice is then pressed into the fitting for control of the flow rate of liquids or gases. Manifolds or other custom assemblies that require flow rate control of fluids can be accurately machined to press fit the orifices.
