QuanTanium® is an internally reinforced multi-coat nonstick coating system. The tough titanium alloys incorporated into the coating give it superior scratch resistance and excellent durability. It is utilized on a variety of parts across many industries. QuanTanium® can be applied to virtually all metals that can be heated to 800ºF. Typical dry film thickness is 0.0010" - 0.0015". QuanTanium® is FDA conforming and has a maximum operating temperature of 500ºF.
