This heavy-duty latch allows for easy exit from the inside with a simple push of the inside release, whether it's locked or unlocked. You can secure the latch either with a keyed cylinder featuring a stainless steel scalp and dust cover, or with a padlock. With all internal lock mechanisms made of stainless steel, this latch ensures durability and reliability. Mounting holes are designed for 1/4" counter sunk fasteners. Available in two finishes - Polished Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated Gray Powder Coat. Weight: 3.75 lbs.
