The roller discs can be expanded and combined arbitrarily. Roller disc combinations can be made from steel and plastic.All rolls are individually and directly driven. No chain drives or sliding clutches are used. The speed is automatically adapted to the diameter of the rollers as well as the profile width and the bending radius. Damage to the profile is avoided and the greatest possible feed force is achieved. The drives offer the highest torque, are maintenance-free and overload proof.
