The SCORPION® 2.75" Pan + Dough Probe is a dual-probe unit designed for precision temperature monitoring in baking processes. It accurately captures the critical pan/dough interface temperature and dough core temperature, essential for Bake Cycle S-Curve analysis. With a copper spade for interface temperature and a stainless steel probe for core temperature, this probe ensures consistent, repeatable results unmatched by hand-placed thermocouples.
