The SP Series Serpentine Coils are crafted from 316 Stainless Steel, offering superior chemical resistance for heating or cooling applications in various solutions. With a low profile design, these coils are ideal for installations in tanks with limited space, providing leak-free operation and efficient heat exchange across every inch of the coil surface. Designed with rugged 18-gauge metal tubing in steel, 316 stainless steel, and titanium, these coils ensure outstanding performance and durability. SUPERIOR CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Wide variety of materials available for use in heating or cooling applications for alkaline solutions, acid solutions, and rinse tanks. Check solution guide or consult with your chemical supplier for proper sheath material. RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: Heavy wall, 18-gauge metal tubing available in steel, 316 stainless steel and titanium. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Low profile design for installation in tanks with limited space. Offers low cost for heating surface area. Every inch of coil surface is active exchange area. LEAK-FREE OPERATION: Single point connections reduce thepotential for leaks and simplifies installation. SIZES: 2.6 square ft. to 10 square ft. of exchange area standard for 4-pass and 6-pass designs. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Mounting hangers. Special sizes in 2, 8 or 10-pass configurations. Heavier gauge tubing. Other riser lengths and configurations. Zirconium, Hastelloy C and other alloys available. Fluoropolymer coatings for protection at solution/atmospheric interface.
