The Sethco CPVC Vertical Pump & Chamber is designed for corrosive liquid filtration applications, offering filtration rates ranging from 300 to 6000 gallons per hour. With its CPVC construction, the system ensures corrosion resistance and eliminates metal contact with solutions. The vertical pump features a bearing-free, sealless design for enhanced reliability. This system is ideal for electroless nickel and copper plating, acid copper plating, bright nickel plating, and more. It is suitable for high-temperature applications up to 200°F. The chamber accepts standard filter cartridges for easy replacement, making maintenance hassle-free.

Filter Chamber Filter Chamber
Chambers are constructed of corrosion resistant CPVC with Viton o-rings. They are suitable for virtually all electroplating solutions and many other acid, alkaline and corrosive applications at temperatures to 200°F (93°C). They are designed to accept standard open end filter tubes or carbon cartridges. Change of filter media is quick and easy. Shell and base of chamber stay sealed when cover is removed for servicing.
Filter Tubes Filter Tubes
Polypropylene, or Cotton, depending on application. Filter tubes are available for controlled filtration from 150 microns to 0.5 micron. Standard densities are coarse (50 microns), medium (25 microns), fine (15 microns), X-fine (10 microns), Special B (1-3 microns), and Special C (.5 micron). All systems are supplied with 1 set of 15 micron polypropylene tubes.
Pump Pump
All ZDD filter systems include a corrosion resistant CPVC "ZDX" Series vertical pump. The versatile pump is speciallydesigned to be mounted in-tank, for self priming convenience or out-of-tank to save in-tank space. The pump incorporates a unique opposing twin-impeller design to provide high volume circulation and eliminate leakage up the pump column. No bearings or seals and no wearing parts permit dry running without damage. CPVC construction eliminates any metal contact with solution.
