The Sethco Double Duty Infiltrator Systems offer a versatile solution with filtration rates ranging from 150 GPH to 7600 GPH. Featuring a chamber model DCA-23B (CPVC), self-priming magnetic drive pump, and a 1 hp TEFC motor, these systems are designed for high volume circulation with maximum efficiency. The innovative design eliminates leakage and allows for dry running without damage. Each system comes complete with essential accessories for start-up and operation, ensuring convenience and reliability.

Accessories Accessories
All models are complete with inlet strainer, hose and hose clamps, filter cartridges and activated granular carbon are not included, as required, for start-up and continuous operation.All models with horizontal pump, are mounted on a rigid phenolic panel with rubber tire ball bearing casters for portability.
Filter Chamber Filter Chamber
Model PMSP polypropylene, self-priming magnetic drive centrifugal pump is furnished with a TEFC motor.Model PM polypropylene, magnetic centrifugal drive pump is furnished with a TEFC motor.Model ZDX corrosion resistant CPVC vertical pump. The versatile pump is specially designed to be mounted in-tank for self priming convenience or out-of-tank to save in-tank space. The pump incorporates a unique opposing twin-impeller design to provide high volume circulation and eliminate leakage up the pump column. No bearings or seals and no wearing parts permit dry running without damage. CPVC construction eliminates any metal contact with solution.

Organic impurities Removed with Mefiag Activated Granular Carbon. A specially processed carbon has been designed for purification of plating solutions. The granules have much greater surface area than conventional carbons. This carbon is extremely adsorptive yet highly selective. It quickly and completely removes organic impurities. Dye contaminants from nickel acetate sealing solutions and crack detection liquids are easily removed. The low cost carbon charge eliminates all mess. No slurries no time lost no solution lost a minimum of handling, and best of all no expensive cartridge to buy. In-Filtrator Systems can hold up to 75 pounds of activated granular carbon.Solid Impurities Removed with Mefiag Depth Filter Tubes. Mefiag has designed its depth filter cartridges with O-ring seals to make replacement quick and easy. This patented feature provides 100% depth filtration with no possibility of liquid bypassing, assures no leakage and takes full advantage of maximum filtration area.
