The Topper Lift conveyor system sandwiches a product between two conveyor chains, in order to apply pressure across the top of the product and prevent it from tipping over. This allows the product to be transported at excessive angles that would not be possible on a standard incline conveyor.There must be (3) product lengths between adjacent products.Chain width must be at least 4.75" wider than the product in order to guarantee full high friction module coverage.There must be at least 12" of vertical clearance above the top of the product.Multiple lanes of product are not recommended.The top conveyor must be driven with a VFD in order to set the right speed for the application (in some instances it could run slightly faster or slower than the bottom conveyor.)
