The SPX Power Team Bolt Tensioner - SRT Series is engineered for enhanced productivity and safety in industrial applications. Featuring a Spring Return design, it outperforms manual return tensioners with a piston over-stroke safety relief valve that prevents seal blowouts. This tensioner offers piston stroke indication, compatibility with MRT Tensioner range, quick release bridge for easy adapter kit changes, and piston/cylinder misalignment compensation. Designed to fit BS1560/ANSI B16.5/API flanges, it ensures precise bolt tensioning with a fully enclosed load cell design that prevents debris entry. With twin hydraulic couplings for multiple tool connections and stud coverage from 1" to 3 1/2" utilizing just 4 tools, it operates at a maximum pressure of 21,750 psi / 1500 bar. Weight excludes the puller sleeve. Load cell and adapter kit are needed for complete tensioning solution.
