For 1/4" stainless tube applications the standard material is nickel. This gasket comes with a silver plate which helps resist galling. This gasket comes with our sharp edge ruby series in sizes from 0.0004" thru 0.035". Please refer to the drop down screen below for available sizes and orifice part numbers. It may be possible to customize this part for your unique application needs.The material can be nickel/silver plate, stainless and stainless/silver plateThis Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is laser drilled and wire lapped to insure Roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.This orifice series is a good choice where the designer requires low flow, accuracy and repeatability. This orifice series has a complete micron series starting at 7.5 microns.
