The Steam, Air & Gas Bleedport Fitting is designed for precise control and regulation in water, steam, and air systems. Featuring a 3/32' bleedport orifice for main valve sizes up to 8', and a 1/8' orifice for 10' and 12' valves, this fitting ensures optimal performance even under varying pressure conditions. For liquids, a 3/32' bleedport is used for fuel oil while all other fluids utilize a 1/16' bleedport. Additionally, the fitting may have its orifice adjusted to 1/16' for pressure drops less than 15 psig, promoting efficiency and stability in fluid management systems.
