All motions are AC servo driven. Gentle product handling is ensured by using depositing pullnose technology and non-contact product transfer and cross-feeding.

Application Information Product Flow And Design
The pullnose belt tilts downwards to separate one row of products from the next. To discharge the row, the pullnose moves backwards and releases the row of a 90 degree angle onto the cross-feeding belt. Two short belts can be installed downstream to close the gaps between two distributed rows and provide a continuous product flow to the packaging machine.
