The THERMOSEAL 70% Wet Solid Content Thermal Coating from the THERMOSEAL line offers superior high-temperature resistance, protecting against flame erosion, molten metal corrosion, and surface hardening. With a wet solids content of 70%, this coating is formulated with 79% Alumina, 18% Silica, 2% Titania, and 1% other compositions. Easy to apply by brushing, rolling, or spraying, it is designed for use in extreme temperatures up to 1260ºC (2300ºF) with a typical layer thickness of 2 mil. This product comes in various packaging options to suit your needs.

Mix THERMOSEAL® THERMAL COATINGS well before using. Surfaces to be coated or treated should be cleaned and roughened prior to application for best adhesion. The mix and the substrate should be between 60 ºF (15 ºC) and 80 ºF (27 ºC) for best results. Dry each
