The Tuffbond® 47771 epoxy adhesive by Hernon Manufacturing is a high-performance, two-component, 100% solid system with a one to one ratio and room temperature cure. This versatile adhesive works seamlessly on composite, metal, plastic, stone, and wood substrates. With industry-standard compliance (ISO-9001), it offers exceptional shear strength (2,000 to 4,500 psi) and a thermal conductivity of 0.65 W/m·K. Ideal for applications like tank lining, marine coating, and potting electrical components, it boasts excellent resistance to organic acids and bases, outstanding adhesion, and durability.

Storage Storage
Tuffbond® 47771 should be stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 45ºF to 85ºF (7ºC to 29ºC) unless otherwise labeled. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range. To prevent contamination of unused material, do not return any material to its original container.
