The Tuffsil Silicone Wire features high-temperature resistance from -55°C to 200°C (intermittent up to 250°C) with a silver-plated conductor as standard. Designed for high voltage applications ranging from 600 VDC to 100 KVDC, this wire ranges from 24 AWG to 1 AWG conductors, providing exceptional flexibility. Additionally, it is ozone and corona resistant, radiation resistant, and flame resistant meeting UL 3239 VW-1 Flame Test. Compliant with MIL-W-16878 and RoHS standards, it also offers custom constructions upon request for specific needs.
