The Tuffsil Silicone Wire is engineered with 'TUFFSIL' insulation, featuring a silver-plated conductor as standard. With a high-temperature range of -55°C through 200°C (250°C intermittent), and high voltage capabilities from 600 VDC up to 100 kVDC, this wire is designed for demanding environments. The 10 AWG wire with a stranding construction of 105/30 offers high flexibility, ozone and corona resistance, radiation resistance, and flame resistance meeting UL 3239 VW-1 Flame Test standards and RoHS compliance. This wire references MIL-W-16878 specifications, ensuring reliability and durability for various applications.
