The Tuffsil Silicone Wire features 'TUFFSIL' insulation with a silver-plated conductor for high temperature resistance ranging from -55°C to 200°C (intermittent up to 250°C). This wire offers high voltage capacity from 600 VDC up to 100 KVDC, with conductors ranging from 24 AWG to 1 AWG for optimal conductivity. Its high flexibility and ozone, corona, and radiation resistance make it a reliable choice. Additionally, it meets flame resistance standards including the UL 3239 VW-1 Flame Test and is RoHS compliant. Custom conductor constructions are available upon request.
