The Tuffsil Silicone Wire with a finished outer diameter of 2.79mm offers exceptional insulation with a standard silver-plated conductor. Operating from -55°C to 200°C (250°C Intermittent), this high voltage wire ranges from 600 VDC to 100 KVDC. With options from 24 AWG to 1 AWG conductors and high flexibility, it is ozone, corona, radiation, and flame-resistant meeting UL 3239 VW-1 Flame Test. This wire is also RoHS compliant and references MIL-W-16878 standards.
