The Tuffsil Silicone Wire features high-temperature insulation suitable for temperatures ranging from -55°C to 200°C (intermittent up to 250°C). With a standard silver-plated conductor, this wire offers excellent flexibility and high voltage capabilities from 600 VDC up to 60 kV. It comes in a 14 AWG wire size with a stranding construction of 19/27. The finished outer diameter of 9.78mm provides durability, while its yellow color ensures visibility. Additionally, this wire is ozone, corona, radiation, and flame-resistant, meeting UL 3239 VW-1 Flame Test standards and RoHS compliance. For specialized needs, alternative constructions like tin-plated conductors are available upon request.
