The UtiliTrak CR Series Compact Linear Guide is engineered for precision and durability. This wheel plate assembly features pre-installed stainless steel wheels and a stamped metal track wiping lubricator holder. With a compact design and three 90º guide wheels, including two fixed location concentric wheels and one adjustable location eccentric wheel, it offers a field-adjustable fit-up to the linear guide track. The stainless steel wheels are ideal for heavy load applications in corrosive environments, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. The clear anodized 6063-T6 aluminum track base and corrosion-resistant AISI 420 stainless steel track provide enhanced longevity and performance. Hardened and polished track surfaces, along with predrilled and counterbored mounting holes, further contribute to the reliability and efficiency of this linear guide assembly.
