The VersaReg PR-1 Series Pressure Regulator is a versatile solution designed for instrumentation sample systems and semiconductor processing gases. Constructed with 316L stainless steel body, Tefzel® seat material, and stainless steel components, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. With an adjustable outlet pressure range of 0-10 psig, inlet pressures up to 6000 psi, and operating temperatures from -40 to 150°F, this regulator offers precise pressure control. Its electropolished body with a surface finish of < 25 Ra reduces particle contamination, making cleaning easier. Additionally, it features bubble-tight shutoff, various seat materials, alternate orifice sizes, and compliance with industry standards.
