The Vertiflo 1100 Cantilever Vortex Pump is a heavy-duty vertical pump designed for fluids containing large and abrasive solids. With options in Cast Iron, 316SS Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, and CD4MCu materials, it offers a flow capacity of up to 1600 gpm and heads reaching 170 feet TDH. Benefiting from a massive shaft with no lower bearings for reduced shaft deflection, this pump features grease-lubricated duplex thrust and radial ball bearings. Whether in simplex or duplex configuration, with fab steel or stainless steel mounting plates, it offers versatility to match existing plates and piping. It can be driven via flex coupling or V-belt drive with OSHA guard, featuring a TEFC, Severe Duty C-Face Motor. Starters and level controls comply with NEMA 1, 12, 4X, and 7 standards.
