The VIPER Pipe Camera is a cost-effective set designed to inspect sewers, building ducts/pipes, wells, chimneys, and power plants. This unit features a small portable handheld probe coiled on a steel reel and a durable hard plastic carrying case that takes up very little space and can be easily transported to different job sites. The VIPER Pipe Camera has three main parts; the camera head, the push cable on the reel, and the monitor set up in the carrying case. The camera head has a high-resolution CCD camera chip with a wide-angle 120-degree field of view integrated into its design to capture bright images and videos of the inspection areas. Sapphire lenses are fused directly into the camera head to protect it from scratches, and adjustable bright LED Lights illuminate the inspection area. For this push camera set, four additional interchangeable camera heads are available for different applications. These include a 17mm(0.66") Small Straight View, a 23mm(1") Large Straight View with a Self-Leveling/512Hz-Sonde option, a 23mm(1") Short Straight View, and a 23mm(1") Side View camera head. The best option for tight spaces and sharp turns is the 17mm(0.66") camera head; the Self-leveling/Sonde option is available with the 23mm(1") head, while a Side View camera head offers side images. The waterproof PVC-coated fiberglass push cable is 5.5mm (0.21") in diameter and is available in either 20-meter (65.6'), 30-meter (98.4 foot), or 40-meter (131.2') lengths. The watertight and lightweight plastic carrying case houses a 9' TFT color LCD screen, the DVR box to capture images and video directly to an SD memory card, a rechargeable battery for portable use, a microphone, a footage counter, and a couple of skids for the camera head. The VIPER Pipe camera is a budget and simple solution for inspecting well casings, water mains, drainage, HVAC, and sewers.
