The Weatherproof HD6000 Heavy Duty Box is a robust surface-mounting enclosure constructed from cast iron and hot-dipped galvanized for ultimate durability. With a heavy-walled design and gasketed flanges, this box ensures weathertight and watertight protection in the most extreme conditions. Ideal for submerged installations in manholes, docks, piers, and sub-stations, it remains watertight even under high water pressure. Featuring protected steel cap screws as standard, it can be customized with monel, bronze, or stainless steel hardware. Its interior mounting buttons provide a secure mounting solution for panels, relays, and transformers. Suitable for hazardous locations and customizable with aluminum construction, the HD6000 complies with Class II, Groups E, F, and G hazardous location standards.
