The Wichita Kopper Kool Tension Brakes offer exceptional heat dissipation with their copper disc design, providing accurate control for continuous slip action and constant tensioning. These liquid-cooled clutches and brakes feature copper alloy wear plates for enhanced heat transfer, a hub spline for perfect disc alignment, and high thermal capacity. With dynamic torque ratings up to 460950 lb.in, these brakes ensure reliable performance under high stress conditions. Their reinforced neoprene air-tube and optional long stroke air tube increase service life and maintenance intervals, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.
