The Wichita Kopper Kool Tension Brakes with very high heat capacity are engineered for exceptional heat dissipation and precise control. Featuring a unique copper disc design, these liquid-cooled brakes ensure continuous slip action for consistent web tensioning. With copper alloy wear plates, reinforced neoprene air-tube, and optional long stroke air tube, these tension brakes provide longevity and durability. With a dynamic torque rating of up to 65000 lb.in, these brakes offer high performance even under demanding conditions.
