The X-SERIES Fluoropolymer Heat Exchanger offers a robust design with excellent chemical compatibility, making it ideal for heating or cooling applications. Constructed with fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA, or PTFE) and featuring heavy-duty CPVC mounting brackets, this heat exchanger ensures efficient heat transfer. With standard FEP coils rated up to 30 PSI steam service and optional PFA coils for 60 PSI steam service, it guarantees outstanding performance. Integral inlet/outlet connections reduce leaks, while its non-conductive properties eliminate stray currents in tanks. With heavy wall tubing for improved circulation and pressure drop reduction, this heat exchanger is a reliable choice for institutional and consumer buyers.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
