The X Series Fluoropolymer Heat Exchangers are meticulously engineered for exceptional performance in heating and cooling applications. Constructed with FEP, PFA, or PTFE fluoropolymer materials, these heat exchangers ensure superior chemical compatibility, non-conductive operation eliminating stray currents, and a robust design. With a heavy-duty CPVC mounting bracket and integral inlet/outlet connections to minimize leaks, these heat exchangers offer reliable and efficient operation. Featuring a pressure rating of up to 60 PSI, heavy wall tubing for improved circulation, and various options for customization, the X Series meets the most demanding industrial requirements. Vacuum breaker recommended for optimized performance.

RUGGED CONSTRUCTION: All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA or PTFE) construction with a heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop. Larger coils constructed of 1/2 inch (13 mm) tubing, smaller coils have 1/4 inch (7 mm) tubing. LEAK FREE OPERATION: Integral inlet and outlet manifolds for single point connections greatly reduce the potential for leaks and simplify installation. NON-CONDUCTIVE: Eliminates stray currents in the tank. PRESSURE RATING: Standard coils are made from FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) and rated up to 30 PSI steam service. PFA (Perfluoroakoxy resin) coils are available for steam service up to 60 PSI. 10 PSI minimum steam pressure required for operation. SIZES: 2.25 ft2 to 46.5 ft2 of exchange area standard. OPTIONS AVAILABLE (consult factory): Anti-floatation brackets. Special manifold connections. Custom and bottom style configurations. Dual coils for both heating and cooling.

Vacuum breakers recommended for fluoropolymer heat exchanger steam heating installations. Please consult factory regarding pressure reduced steam applications.
